How do I prepare for my session?
Depending on your session type, there may be things you need to do to prepare for your experience. See Services for specific details.
Your being relaxed and mentally present will also help enable a meaningful session. I ask that you not consume alcohol or any mind-altering substances for 24 hours prior to your session. The clearer your mind is, the stronger our session and connections to spirit and guides.
Will I get all the answers to my questions/needs/problems?
Spirit and guides will answer many questions you have. And, those answers will be for your greatest and highest good at the point in time of your session.
What they won’t do is give you all the answers, solve your problems for you or make issues go away. This is each of our responsibilities in our own lifetimes — to learn and grow and overcome the obstacles in front of us.
May I ask to speak with specific loved ones?
Absolutely! While I cannot guarantee that all loved ones will come through for you, asking for specific loved ones can streamline the experience. I will still provide you with enough detail about the spirit that you will be able to validate their identity.
May I ask questions during our session?
Please do. This is your session and your time. I want to ensure you make the most of it.
What if I don’t understand something in our session?
I’ve had many clients who did not understand why an object or phrase was being used or emphasized until days or weeks after the session. Just know that spirit does not waste messages — they do have meaning, and you will understand most, if not all of them, given time.
Do sessions work well over the phone?
Spirit and our guides do not require "in person" connections to communicate and transfer energy/guidance. The majority of sessions I have done have been via the phone. If you would like to have a session in person, and live in Central Virginia, we can arrange for that. Just let me know this in your session request
What if I want an in-person session?
I am located in Central Virginia and am open to minimal travel for in-person sessions. Contact me for more information.
Do you make predictions about the future?
In short, no. My focus is on what is needed for your greatest and highest good. I provide those messages that spirit and guides feel you most need right now. It has not been my experience that those include predictions for the future.
Will my session be recorded/will I get a copy?
All sessions will be recorded, and you will be provided with a copy of the recording within 24 hours of our session.
How long does a session last?
I only offer one-hour sessions. The session itself will last for 55 minutes, with 5 minutes total to open and close our time together. All sessions will begin and end promptly at our agreed upon time slot, based on EST.
May I pay with cash or check?
Unfortunately, no. I accept only PayPal payments, which must be made in advance to secure your appointment.
If I don’t feel like I’m getting anything out of the session, can I get my payment back?
While not the norm, sometimes energies don’t connect as strongly as they could. If by the first 15 minutes of our session, you do not feel we are making the right connections, I will end the session and provide you with a full refund of your payment.
